Action for Equity

This is written mostly by Akshay. But like every other human being, no idea in this is fully original.

Why human being, even AI these days is being accused of just plagiarizing on all the content in the internet and churning out more words based on those.

In some ways, what Akshay is doing is the same. Through many years of working with people, observing what happens, and learning from a lot of books, blogs, podcasts, reels, and other resources online and offline, Akshay is just putting together a synthesis and summary of what’s already out there.

In that sense, you do not have to worry about who the authors of this publication are. And later in the chapter about learning we argue that you should always be able to learn from anything and anyone.

But it is also useful to know who the authors are to get hint from where they might be coming from, in order to read the text and interpret it easier.

Akshay is a very privileged person living in Bengaluru, India. A has a wide range of skills spanning medicine, software engineering, organizing, volunteering, leading, and writing. You can read more about A’s specific experiences in the about page on A’s website.
