The Karnataka government floated a tender in March-April 2024 titled “Consultancy Services To Unlock State Budget Potential” for a value of ₹9.5 crores.
By June 2024, BCG had won the bid and started a 6 month project.
Report
BCG submitted its final report around 2024 November.
Although under RTI Section 4 (2), the public authority should have suo moto disclosed this important report, we couldn’t find a copy of it online. We came across a policy discussion affecting human resource at health and wellness centers that references this report and followed it up. In that process, the following report which was listed as “Final Report” was obtained under RTI Section 6 (1) from Finance Department.
